While we don’t disclose the complete list of eligible products, if you’ve previously purchased a UX product from one of Loop11’s competitors, you may be eligible for this discount. We will manually process each request to ensure fairness. That said, the final decision is left to Loop11’s discretion. The competitive discount can’t be combined with other discounts and can’t be applied if you already have an existing Loop11 subscription.
Proof of purchase of a competing UX product is required in order to get the discount. Proof of purchase can be an invoice, a receipt, or a similar document.
